Classes are capped at eight people.

In general, fitness attire or unrestrictive clothing is recommended. If you are coming in for an initial assessment, form fitting attire is preferred and allows for a better evaluation.

You will not need shoes for any of the movement classes. Barefoot is suggested and socks are acceptable (preferably with grippy soles).

Please wear clean and dry shoes, not the shoes you wear outside. You may be spending a lot of time on the floor, and we like to keep it clean for everyone. You are also welcome to workout in socks or barefoot as long as you don’t have a medical condition (and aren’t prone to toe stubbing).

There is a parking lot directly in front of Sense with ample parking. Additional parking is available behind the complex.

We have two showers. We provide towels, organic castile soap and shampoo, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

We have lockers outfitted with key locks available for use while in the studio.

No. Our Elkay water fountain has a bottle refill feature along with a drinking fountain. We encourage clients to bring a reusable water bottle.

No. Sense provides clients with EcoWise mats.

Depending on your current fitness level and what you are looking to achieve, Roots and GroundWork are both pregnancy safe. Semi-private and private training are wonderful options for you, as we will perfectly tailor the routine to accommodate changes through each trimester.

Although we have extensive knowledge in postpartum recovery, we require doctor or midwife approval before you return to exercise with us.

While we are certified in youth training and have worked with children and young adults extensively, classes and semi-private training are not currently open to children under the age of 13.  Children under 13 are welcome to take private sessions. If enough interest is generated, Sense may offer classes and semi-private training to children in the future.

In order to best accommodate all clients, Sense follows a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made through the Vagaro app, email or phone. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the value of the scheduled service will be charged or docked from an existing package.
